BELGO COMPLEX SULFONATE CALCIUM GREASE
Product description:
This product is a new generation of general purpose high-grade grease. It is made of a new type of complex calcium sulfonate thickened high viscosity refined base oil and high efficiency extreme pressure antiwear agent by special process.
Application scope:
This product is mainly suitable for the lubrication of hot rolling and cold rolling bearings in metallurgical industry, rotary table, mould, secondary cooling section, sector roller, stretcher and swing shear of continuous casting equipment, conveyor roller, and also widely used in other industries.
It is also suitable for the lubrication of medium and low speed bearings, gears, chains and high-speed giant coupling under high temperature and heavy load conditions, as well as for the same water and water steaming. Lubrication of some parts in contact with gas or acid or alkali. Operating temperature: -30 ℃ ~ 230 ℃
Performance:
The product has excellent extreme pressure and wear resistance, long service life, good mechanical stability, colloid stability (consistency is basically unchanged under high and low temperature conditions) and good water resistance.
BELGO HP COMPLEX GREASE
Product description:
This product is made of mineral oil thickened by composite metal soap and refined with high efficiency extreme pressure anti-wear agent, antirust and antioxidant.
Application scope:
This product is suitable for lubrication of friction parts of high-temperature and heavy-load mechanical equipment such as heavy-duty trucks, high-speed cars, metallurgical casters, continuous rolling mills, sintering machines, tapping rollers, printing and dyeing, large motors, rubber, plastic hot rolling mills, cement industry, kiln cars, etc.
Operating temperature: -30 ℃ ~ 200 ℃
Performance:
This product has excellent high temperature adhesion, extreme pressure and abrasion
resistance, colloid stability, mechanical stability, water resistance and protection.
BELGO POLYRUREA BASED GREASE
Description:
This product is refined from synthetic urea thickener and special base oil.
Features:
The product has excellent water resistance, pumpability, oxidation stability and high
temperature resistance, and has the characteristics of stable structure and no coking at high temperature.
Application:
This product is suitable for lubrication of transmission parts and coupling parts of various medium and heavy load balls, rollers, sliding bearings and baking equipment such as gears, chain motors, etc. Operation Temperature:-20℃-220℃
BELGO MULTIPURPOSE LITHIUM GREASE
Product description:
This product is made from fatty acid metal soap thickened superior mineral base oil through a special refining process, added with the antioxidant, anti-rust, anti-wear, and extreme pressure additives.
Application scope:
This product is suitable for a variety of automotive wheel hubs, chassis, motors, pumps and other parts of the lubrication of friction, and is widely used in lubricating friction parts, such as rolling bearings, plain bearings etc. Operating temperature: -30 ℃ ~ 130 ℃.
Performance:
This product has good mechanical stability, oxidation stability, good water resistance and resistance to corrosion.
