NANOTECHSLEEVES® FOR BEVERAGE CAN INDUSTRY
NANOTECHSLEEVES® FOR BEVERAGE CAN INDUSTRY: BELGO EASY SLEEVES®
We strongly advise our NanotechSleeves® which is a unique covering quality
that is particularly developed for paint and varnish applications. The chemical
formulation of this polyurethane guarantees a very good resistance to paint and
varnishes for beverage can applications and ensures that the performance of the
covering remain constant throughout its advanced surface.
Our advice for covering type : NanoTechSleeve® for base coaters and
overvarnish wheels
• Hardness cover : ± 50 shore A
• Hardness: 40-60 shore A
• Colour: Blue

NANOTECHSLEEVES® FOR BOTTLING, LABELLING AND PACKAGING INDUSTRIES
NANOTECHSLEEVES® FOR BOTTLING, LABELLING AND PACKAGING INDUSTRIES: ZERO CRUSH/NO CRUSH WHEELS
Manufactured in soft NanoTech polyurethane, its flexible structure allows
its adaptation to the different thickness of the corrugated board sheets, labelling, bottling, packaging without crushing the flute. They are mainly used to facilitate the correct transfer of the corrugated board, labels,
bottling between different units of the machine (Corrugators, Printer
Slotter, Casemakers…). Our polyurethane zero crush/no crush wheels are widely used in the food, beverage, corrugated cardboard, and paper industries, acting as
hold-down, spacing, metering, or indexing wheels to control product movement and maintain integrity. We can deliver our zero wheels with the bushings, our Belgo Bearings®, different core materials (aluminum, steel,
stainless steel, nylon, etc.), or even without a core – giving you the exact solution needed for your unique
application Our hardness range for zero crush wheels/no crush wheels are from about 40A to 70A, with 40A and 55A being the
most common durometers for their flexibility and ability to protect the product being processed. The ideal hardness depends on the application, balancing flexibility to avoid crushing products with rigidity to provide necessary pressure, and is often color-coded by the manufacturer for easy identification

NANOTECHSLEEVES® FOR CORRUGATED CARDBOARD INDUSTRY: ANVIL PU SLEEVES
Our knuckle locking system for easy mounting and rotation (without any
bolt) in a time of 10 minutes, for frequent rotation. Flexible fiber net
which avoids deformation and makes mounting easier than metal.
Excellent polyurethane: longest life and high cut resistance.
Wide range of references for most of the rotary machines and unit slotter
in the market. Our range for the hardness 88 and 91 shores. Better fitting
on the anvil cylinder, less joints between pieces, less anvils to install and
rotate and savings in the cost of set.
Material : Made from durable polyurethane, offering excellent wear
resistance and a long service life.
Hardness : Available in specific hardness levels (e.g., around 84-90
Shore A) to ensure proper cutting depth and protect the knife and
blanket.
NANOTECHSLEEVES® FOR BOTTLING, LABELLING AND PACKAGING INDUSTRIES: ANVIL PU SLEEVES’ ADVANTAGES
Mounting Systems : Features like boltless and finger lock mounting ensure a
strong, tight fit and allow for easy rotation and adjustment.
Customization : PU anvil sleeves in a wide range of sizes, widths, and with
customized joints (like jig-saw) to fit specific machines and applications.
Purpose and Function
Die Cutting : our PU anvil sleeves provide a reliable surface for rotary die-cutting
operations, helping to produce high-quality boxes.
Creasing : Our innovative polyurethane material offers a superior surface for
creating creases.
Wear Resistance : The material is engineered to be resistant to wear and tear,
extending the life of the anvil cover and the die-cutting knife.
Machinery Protection : They protect the machine’s anvil cylinder and prevent
damage to the cutting blades, ensuring optimal performance.
